New York State sets a 6% participation goal for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses on state contracts under Article 17-B of the Executive Law. Valor Consultant is certified by the NYS Office of General Services — which means working with us helps agencies and prime contractors meet that goal with a partner who delivers, not just a line on a utilization plan.
